Welcome to IMAT Nerd. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, courses, and related materials, including the IMAT Crash Course and the IMAT Live 1-Month Course. By enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Account Registration and Access

  • Individual Use: When you enroll in a course, you will be required to create an account. Your account and course access are strictly for personal, individual use.
  • No Account Sharing: Sharing your login credentials with others is strictly prohibited. Our system monitors concurrent logins and IP addresses. Any account found to be shared will be immediately suspended and terminated without a refund.
  • Access Duration:
    • IMAT Crash Course: Upon enrollment, you are granted 6 months of access to the recorded course materials and resources.
    • IMAT Live Course: Access to the live classes, daily schedules, and the dedicated Discord community is granted for the duration of the 1-month program. Access to post-lecture notes, recordings, and mock exams will remain available for until your IMAT Exam for the same year.

2. Payments and Pricing

  • Full Payment: All course fees must be paid in full before access to the learning management system, community, or live sessions is granted.
  • Payment Gateways: We accept international payments via our primary checkout system. For students in specific regions (such as Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, and Nepal), local payment gateways are available by contacting our support team directly.

3. Refund Policy

  • IMAT Crash Course: We offer a 3 day money-back guarantee provided you have viewed less than 7% of the course content. If you exceed this limit, no refunds will be issued.
  • IMAT Live Course: Because the live sessions are highly limited in capacity and operate on a strict first-come, first-serve basis, all sales for the Live 1-Month Course are refundable up to 3 days after you have enrolled after that it won’t be permissible e.g if you join course on 1st August you can claim refund until 3rd August 12:00am CEST (Rome Time) after that it won’t be permissible.

4. Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content provided within IMAT Nerd courses is the exclusive intellectual property of IMAT Nerd. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Video lectures and recordings.
  • Course lecture slides, PDFs, and high-yield notes.
  • Custom mock exams and curated chapter-wise question banks.
  • Daily schedules and study planners.

You may not download (unless a download link is explicitly provided), screen-record, reproduce, distribute, or resell any of the materials. Unauthorized distribution of our copyrighted material will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

5. Community and Live Class Conduct

Our platform includes interactive elements designed for serious, focused students.

  • Live Classes (Google Meet): Students are expected to arrive on time and maintain a respectful, professional environment during the daily 2.5-hour live sessions. Disruptive behavior will result in removal from the session.
  • Discord Community: The private Discord community is exclusively for collaborative learning, discussing past papers, and receiving daily schedules. Spamming, sharing inappropriate content, gossiping, or harassing other students is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban from the community without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability and Results

IMAT Nerd provides high-yield resources, structured schedules, and expert guidance to prepare you for the International Medical Admissions Test (IMAT). However, we do not guarantee admission into any medical university, nor do we guarantee a specific score on the IMAT. Success in the exam is dependent on your personal dedication, retention, and application of the material, including the recommended 10 to 12 hours of daily study during the live program. IMAT Nerd is not liable for any exam results or admission outcomes.

7. Modifications to the Courses

We reserve the right to modify, update, or improve course content, schedules, and materials at any time to ensure they remain aligned with the latest IMAT testing standards and high-yield topics.
